A convicted rapist who kidnapped and throttled a woman is now working for the NHS.
Solomon Beckford, who spent 12 years in jail, is an ambulance station manager at a large hospital trust.
Beckford, 35, is in charge of arranging patients’ journeys to hospital appointments in London. He has access to personal and medical details of hundreds of thousands of patients.
